A rare natural landscape

In the centre of mountainous Arcadia, at an altitude of 1,200 metres and within a rare natural landscape of fir trees, rivers and picturesque paths, lies Valtesiniko, built amphitheatrically on a slope facing east.

It is an ideal base to visit other villages of Arcadia, such as Stemnitsa and Dimitsana, as well as the Mainalo ski centre. Stone mansions, cobbled alleys, elaborate balconies and hospitable, simple locals compose a rare blend of travel experience and gastronomic pleasures.
